ドキュメンタリーのスタディガイドは、日本ではあまり見かけませんが、学生たちに自分の頭で考え、自分の意見を表し、それを互いに分かち合う学習にとても役立ちます。なによりも、多様性について学ぶ授業は、授業自体も多様性を生かした形で進められればと思います。ぜひこの積極的学習法を広めていきたいです。ご興味をお持ちの先生がたと協力していければと思います。

I just received a feedback to the study guide from a professor in the field of immigrant studies. They are very precise and detailed. His suggestions for future development of the study guide are wonderful. I am now thinking of how to make this guide useful not only for college teachers but also for high school teachers. If you are interested in this project, please let me know. A study guide for a documentary is the area which is not well developed in Japan. But it is very helpful to stimulate students to think on their own, express themselves, and exchange ideas with others. Especially it would be useful for a class in which students learn about diversity. I hope that we can spread this great way of learning.
